These hardy annual herbs produce as a cool season crop and originate from Southeast Europe and West Asia. Curled Chervil Herbs are one of the classic French "fines herbes" along with parsley, tarragon and chives. The fresh bright-green lacey leaves of chervil have also been used for medicinal benefits, such as treating gout, sore throat and skin irritations like eczema.
