30–40 days, this frost-hardy, easy-to-grow brassica thrives from early spring through late fall. It forms loose, open bunches of long, dark green, arrow-shaped leaves that reach 12–18" before bolting. Unlike some varieties, this arugula is not bitter and offers a distinctive peppery flavor that elevates salads and sandwiches. The entire plant is edible, including its mildly flavored flowers and seed pods. Approx. 15,600 seeds per oz.
